Wash With Moisturizing Hair Care Products

Wash your hair at most 3 times a week with moisturizing hair care products. Because your extensions are not getting natural oils from your scalp to keep your hair in good condition, this will keep the moisture in from shampooing while at the same time not drying them out from over-shampooing.

Use a Heat Protectant

Use a heat protectant on extensions to reduce the risk of heat damage whenever you use a heating appliance on your Tape In Weaves.

Deep Condition

Once a week, carefully put your Tape In Weave in lukewarm water and apply a bit of conditioner all over. Keep around 20 minutes then rinse it and let it dry naturally-using a blow dryer will damage them if used too much. If necessary, put the dryer on a cool setting .

Keep Ends Trimmed

As careful as you can, Tape In Weaves will most likely to get split ends. To avoid the damage, move up to the hair shaft, keep trimming the ends every 6-10 weeks. You can do it yourself using salon scissors or go to a hairstylist for help.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Hair is great , soft and can be ironed, but the tape gets off after washing!! I recommend to change the tape

Hair is great! Frankly, I did not expect such a quality Thank you!!! Delivered a mega-fast, given the fact that I ordered 11.11. Think, that will have to wait for a long time, but NO! All Is super! Hair is very good quality: natural (not painted), as ordered, soft as silk, beautiful, smooth around the web. I washed them, think that растопырятся, after смою all these silicones (or their smear XS), but not fluffed. Word fire! Photo can not attach, Maybe we already nalepili my friend. She did not even given to recover.
